Next-Generation Performance: The New 2026 Razorback All-Terrain Range

Next-Generation Performance: The New 2026 Razorback All-Terrain Range CMX1404

If you have spent any time tackling steep slopes or thick vegetation, you likely already know the Razorback reputation. However, the launch of the 2026 next-generation models marks a significant leap forward.

Based on direct feedback from Australian dealerships and mechanics, these machines haven't just been tweaked—they’ve been completely refined for better durability, easier serviceability, and a superior operator experience.

Here is the lowdown on the latest upgrades to the Razorback fleet.

More Power, More Options

The new range is designed to scale with your workload. Starting with a reliable 14 HP Honda unit, the line up expands into 18 HP and 23 HP versions. For those looking for that specific sweet spot in performance, a 22 HP Honda unit is also joining the stable shortly.

Engineered for the Australian Terrain

The 2026 models feature several "under the hood" and external upgrades to handle the harsh conditions found in the field:

  • Improved Front Tyres: No one likes a puncture halfway through a job. The new front tyres are now four-ply compared to the predecessors.

  • Enhanced Traction: The rear tyres have increased in size compared to previous versions. This larger footprint provides unmatched grip when you’re navigating muddy patches or challenging, steep inclines.

  • Superior Cut Quality: The cutter deck now features increased internal baffling. This improves the dispersion of grass clippings, ensuring a much neater finish and preventing the "clumping" often seen in heavy-duty mowers.

Operator Comfort & Ergonomics

A machine is only as productive as its operator. The new range focuses on making long hours in the seat less taxing:

  • Adjustable Seating: A new lever system allows the seat to move up and down to suit any operator size.

  • Refined Controls: The steering column now features a simple latch for easy height adjustment, and all levers have been repositioned for better ergonomic access.

  • Memory Height Adjustment: A standout feature is the memory lever. You can now set your desired cut height and drop the deck back to that exact position instantly "on the fly."

Built with Mechanics in Mind (Serviceability)

Razorback has made maintenance simpler to ensure your machine stays out of the workshop and in the field.

  • Easy Access: The battery is now accessible via a simple clip-on front cover.

  • Simplified Greasing: By removing the rubber matting in the footwell, you can access the cables for the brake and diff lock, as well as the grease nipples for the four-wheel-drive PTO shaft.

  • Rear Opening Door: The back of the machine now opens fully, providing clear access to the engine and the new grease nipples incorporated into the pivot points for a longer service life.
